Rembrandt the Etcher (Ueno)
This exhibition presents a wide range of Rembrandt’s copperplate prints (etchings).
The Dutch master’s printmaking is as remarkable as his oil paintings. The black‑and‑white works make it easier for visitors to appreciate his extraordinary drawing skills and his religious vision.
I personally loved the etching of a hog.
